She will be contacting you to make sure you stay up to date with all your volunteer hours. Be sure to turn in forms to the AM receptionist. Please complete forms for all the hours you have served up to the present by Sept 30th. Policy states that vlounteer hours need to be verified with in two weeks of date serving.
