Scrips and the IRS!!!

Hello MCA Family!

Please pay special attention to this entry if you currently participate or plan to at some point participate in the SCRIPS fundraising program. MCA is required to have on file a W-9 from each person that participates in the SCRIPS program. This is because SCRIPS generates a taxable income. The following is a link to the W-9 form which can be printed, then filled out and sent in with your next SCRIPS order. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf . This link will also be posted on the website shortly. Our book keeper cannot apply the tuition reduction credits you generate without this form on file. The next SCRIPS order is being placed on this coming Thursday, September 27th.

Thank you!
