Girls Basketball Update

The MCA girls basketball team played a tough game against Hollis/Brookline, but came up short losing 21 to 24. Becca Peterson was the leading scorer for MCA with 12 points, followed by Lisa Beaulieu with 6 and rounding out the scoring was Liz Beaulieu with 2 and Kirsten Weber with 1. The girls played a good game on defense. Hollis/Brookline had eight from the line to only one for MCA. The girls next game is Tuesday, February 19th. This game will be at SMCA; girls game starts at 3:30 and boys game starts at 4:45. The girls have their last practice Monday night at High Mowing and there is NO PRACTICE THIS SATURDAY.
